Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the bon32 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bon32 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
When registering, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bon32 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You must notify bon32 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. bon32 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
bon32 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) programme. Players are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM) and proof of address — before their first withdrawal and at any other time bon32 determines verification is necessary. Processing of withdrawal requests will be suspended until KYC is satisfactorily completed. bon32 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of payment method ownership, at any stage of the Player's relationship with the Platform.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. bon32 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player at the registered email address prior to applying a dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support. Accounts with a zero balance may be permanently closed after 24 months of inactivity.
bon32 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah only. bon32 does not accept deposits denominated in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
The minimum deposit is Rp 20.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment channels may apply their own transaction limits. Players may voluntarily set deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Players are processed within 5 to 15 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. bon32 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual or high-risk, which may extend processing time. Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed for more than 24 hours should be escalated to the support team.
bon32 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns. bon32 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect it forms part of a money laundering scheme or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, bon32 may be required to report the activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the Player concerned.
Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same Account and whose ownership has been verified through KYC. bon32 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods owned by persons other than the registered Account holder.
bon32 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

In all circumstances, bon32's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
bon32 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties, except where required to do so by law, regulation, or court order, or where such transfer is necessary for the provision of the Platform's services (e.g., to KYC verification providers or payment processors).
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all applicable wagering requirements for active bonuses will be forfeited. Nothing in this clause limits bon32's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
